Hello :)

We have an organisation on Codeberg that uses projects. There are issues on the org repos assigned to these projects. For example, there are several issues listed here.

These are visible to accounts that are part of the org, and also to anyone who isn't logged in, which I found when opened that link in a private browser window. That's expected since all the visibility settings are on public, but how come they are invisible for signed in accounts that are not org members? That seems to be a bug.

There was a recent change to address a security vulnerability in this code, forgejo/forgejo#6843. I thought I had tested this sufficiently, but apparently not. I will take a stab at this.
