[Help Needed] Lost TOTP and Recovery Codes - Account Inaccessible? #1783

Hello Codeberg Community,

As the title suggests. So I'm now unable to log in. I understand the importance of these security measures, but I'm now locked out of my account (@chlorine3545). Here I registered a new account to open this issue.

My question is: Is my account permanently inaccessible now? Are there any alternative methods or procedures that Codeberg offers to regain access in such a situation?

Or if, unfortunately, I am indeed unable to regain access to my account, who should I contact to delete my old account so I can add my GPG keys and SSH keys to the new account?

I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide. I'm eager to regain access to my projects and contributions, or at least be able to continue contributing under a new account.
