Making a nixpkgs mirror on Codeberg #1777

Hello, I love NixOS, but the only problem with it is that the official repositories of the distro are hosted on GitHub (because it's a proprietary piece of garbage). There was an issue about migrating to GitLab or anything else, but it was abandoned. So I guess the nixpkgs maintainers don't really wanna migrate from GitHub, and I decided to make its mirror. Unfortunately, mirrors are disabled here.

Maybe we can try to make a mirror of nixpkgs for the community on Codeberg?
