i am currently making a website but i would like some help with it from people i know.
is this okay if i make a private organization (that probably max 5 people will have write access to) with a private repository with code for it and i'll unprivate it once we finish it?

Codeberg's Terms of Use don't prohibit this use case and in fact expressly allow using private repositories to hide projects from the public until they are ready for usage or contribution (see ToU §2(1).2). Moreover, Codeberg itself as an organization has a private repository for its own open-source project that will be public later but is not ready yet.
