[feature request] Send "Thank you" e-mail or a receipt after donations are received #1741

I recently donated to five different FOSS projects as mentioned in https://mastodon.social/@jirigronroos/113735909063138089

Codeberg was the only one (out of Codeberg, GNOME, KDE, LibreOffice and Thunderbird) not giving any interaction beyond the web session (UI in browser). I suggest sending a receipt by default and a localized "Thank you" e-mail if e-mail address was given during the donation process. I think the best example of interaction was given by Thunderbird: a localized "Thank you" e-mail. If more input is needed in wording the e-mail, ping me and I'll help.

This issue should be under Marketing/PR.
