I would like to know whether I can use Codeberg as a Version Control service for IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition. If so, how because it's not clear how to do it. Any help appreciated, I'll be active hopefully in the next couple days so I'll see any replies. I'm assuming it's simple, but there's nothing that I can see in the documentation that shows how. I've set up Git and configured it ( https://docs.codeberg.org/getting-started/install-git/ and https://docs.codeberg.org/git/configuring-git/ ), but how do I add my workspace for version control? I'm making a Minecraft mod, if that's any different. Again, any help appreciated, thanks in advance!

Command line git commands definitely can be used as usual.

Please refer to https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/set-up-a-git-repository.html#put-existing-project-under-Git for setting up a Git repo with IntelliJ in general. After you have a local repository and have committed your first files, you can push it to a remote - IntelliJ will then ask you to provide the URL for the origin remote, which is just the clone URL that shows up here on Codeberg in your new repository.
The easiest way is to use the HTTPS URL (assuming you don't have two-factor-authentication enabled). If you want to use the SSH URL (which is great if you have many different machines/repos/remotes), the setup is completely independent from IntelliJ (but will work with it) and is described at https://docs.codeberg.org/security/ssh-key/.
