One of my project's user reached out by email to inform me that he couldn't access Codeberg from his place and thus could not download any asset.
To rule out that he wasn't blocked by Codeberg, I asked him the result of mtr -C -c 2 -T -P 443 codeberg.org. Here it is with some parts redacted:

As you can see, the 4th node is a private prefix (a proxy? a blackhole? don't know). A whois on the 3rd IP address states it belongs to Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, with abuse@emirates.net.ae as an abuse contact email.
Is there anything you can do to lift the block?
