Receiving notifications via github email and registered email #1558

When making my account i first used sign in with github and then I changed it to my email and password if i recall correctly. Since the recent update I started receiving emails twice, once to my email on my github and once to the email on my account. In the settings theres no option to remove bmy GitHub email or to stop receiving two email notifications per reply
