[STORAGE] First time user cannot contribute to ziglang.org because quota too low #1973

Description

I forked ziglang.org to make a contribution. I cloned it to my computer and made a branch and tried to push it up to my fork to submit a PR. Immediately blocked because 1.5GB size of ziglang.org is double the quota of 750MB.

This is a huge friction to first time users of codeberg for major project that migrated to it.

Can you please increase my quota so I could contribute to ziglang.org and possibly zig itself which will involve forks, branches, commits, and PRs?
