This tool should aim for a state that can be reused by other Forgejo instances.

It can stay bash with some cleanup and testing, or be modified to use another language, Go and PHP being preferred choices.

The future of this tool is somewhat open. It was a proof of concept, and is now in stable use, but further improvement needs to happen.
