Docs link is broken #44

The Docs link in the header of https://ci.codeberg.org/ points to a broken link - https://docs.codeberg.org/ci/

this returns a 503 Service Unavailable

just to point out, this only happens when the user is logged in.

The secrets page (e.g.: https://ci.codeberg.org/WhyNotHugo/caffeine-ng/settings#secrets) has alink pointing to the docs: https://docs.codeberg.org/ci/docs/usage/secrets

The linked page returns 503 when logged in, and 404 when not logged in.
