I seem to be running into #158. For example, when trying to create an organization secret, I receive the error message "An unknown error occurred". The API requests in question return a 403 HTTP status code and the body user not authorized.
I am running into the same error message, when trying to activate woodpecker on a repository I manage (which may be in a transient state following some actions last year, I cannot really remember). I do not see any HTTP traffic when performing the action though.
We've just upgrade to v3 which might have resolved this access issue. Can you try again? Otherwise I will have a look into the DB.
