There is no problem; this is just a feature request:

could you please display the dew point?

As of now, relative humidity is displayed. But for certain purposes, the dew point is also very interesting. The display is already full of information, but...

I could imagine that it be displayed in the humidity field, similar to sunrise/sunset with the corresponding values in the next line

Something like this:

%RH / dew point
85 / 18°C

or
85 / 64F
respectively
if that is at all possible.

Thanks a lot for a fine app!

Then the label needs to be adapted. But I have no idea what could be currently displayed there ( besides a too long label).

Hello Beowolf,

thanks for your consideration. Maybe you could leave the label as is.

What should be displayed below the label then, according to this feature request, are Relative Humidity, and the Dew Point.

Not sure where and how you grab the numbers for the other labels, or for Relative Humidity; through some API I should presume?

In a quick Startpage search, I found both RH and Dew Point here for some random place

https://www.weatherbug.com/weather-forecast/hourly/kiev-kiev-up

If I knew how to extract those numbers and place them where I would want them to appear, I'd for sure try and write a pull request. Unfortunately, that goes beyond my abilities at this point in time. So please, if you can, try and incorporate this feature.

I hope the Fahrenheit v/v Celsius swap does not present an additional challenge.

The dew point is of interest in many regards, e.g. in terms of whether, and to what extent, you will have water precipitate on your agricultural area in the early morning hours (even in the absence of rain!), or in many questions of healthy living / so-called sick houses /indoor climate where you could prevent molds grow in your place because of surface humidity, by adjusting your RH if your local temperature gets close to the local DP, and as a direct effect, so prevent molds on your walls, and many other interesting aspects.

Dew point long term prediction is next to impossible. But for the short term local situation, I believe it would be appreciated by many if they would not have to go the extra mile to find out about their local dew point by going to another website. It would be much easier to see both of them at the same spot...
