Note sorting only partially works #97

I have my vault set to sort notes manually rather than alphabetically. I have found that I can drag the notebooks around and drop them as a sub-notebook under an existing notebook, however I am unable to simply move existing notebooks up or down in the list.

Additionally, once I've moved a notebook as a sub-notebook, I can no longer drag it back out to once again become a top-level notebook. The only way I have found to do that is to move the notebook in the Windows file system, which obviously also moves it within Helix.

I would expect that the intention is that any notebook can be moved to anywhere in the list hierarchy when the Helix is set to as Manual sorting, but that is not my experience so far on Windows.

On Windows , what I managed to do is to drag a notebook to be a chield folder of another , not change it's location on the list....Same as you...The only way I managed to do such a thing is to drag the notebook all to the top "Notebooks" , drop it there than it goes to the top level , don't know exactly in which order....

On Android I just managed, with a lot of effort ,
to move just one, one time. No more than that.... Using syncthing. Win 11 Android 13

It's still not working on Windows or Android...

This has been my experience as well. Not working on Windows beyond being able to make a folder a child of another folder.
