Suggestion: Add hotkey combo to Collapsible Section #129

I'm migrating from UpNote and use collapsible sections quite frequently. In UpNote, to create a new collapsible section, I simply need to hit CTRL + . (period) to create a new section. I obviously didn't look into other hotkeys that could be added, but this is one that would remove friction from daily note taking.
