Shortcut to move list item up/down, not whole list #114

Currently the keyboard shortcut Option-up/down (on a Mac) allows me to move a paragraph up or down, which is good.

But when I use it on a list, the whole list moves. I don't know if this is a feature or a bug. I expect only the list item to move up/down.

I use lists all the time, and it would be very useful to just move a list item (or a task item) using the shortcut (or another shortcut).
