Can't update plugins in the plugin menu #67

I've been trying to update my plugin, but after installing from a URL and trying to use the Update button I get this error at the bottom of the plugin menu: [error] Error updating plugins: TypeError: Cannot assign to read only

I think everything is setup fine for the plugin since I was able to download it, and then bolt was able to see there was an update so I think it might be an issue in the launcher itself.

Happens on the latest windows release (0.23.0) for me.
