Adjust UI display for non-bool values of typically bool keys #55

As described in the title when toilets=* is tagged as toilets=separate the UI shows the same as if there were not tag set for toilets=*. Generally =separate can be collapsed to =yes if =separate isn't used and is equivalent so it would be preferable to show something the UI to show that it is set and is the same as yes in the place toilets currently is and in the "All Tags" section show that it is set to separate. Hey @Udar_of_the_skies, this usage is not documented on the OSM Wiki. It's usage on TagInfo is 179 uses (0.11%). Before adding support for these non-bool values, please discuss on the discussion page or the community forum. If usage picks up, it may warrant UI outside the "All Tags" section. Until then, I absolutely believe if the value is non-bool the field should be hidden in the section, reserving editing for custom tags.
