Refining shapes #42

Right now, only the basics of shape editing are there but rudimentary. Overlays block where you are placing points, it is not quick, and visually cluttered.

The current way can remain a more precise mode, but the simpler quick edit way should enable the user to hold briefly a point in a vertex which then allows them to drag that portion. If drawing a new shape, a user should be able to trace an outline by dragging each line, then when over the original point, attach to it. If held briefly before releasing at the end, square the feature. An option should be available regardless to square or circularize an area. Upon completion, the quick add should show the typical edit tags button.
