If a user has a large changeset or multiple images to upload to possibly several locations, the user should be able to safely exit the upload sheet to continue editing or exit the app and have the changeset upload process continue uninterrupted. If it finishes in the background and the app is still up, the confirmation capsule should show as normal; if it finishes and the app is closed, a notification should be sent that the upload is complete. Tapping the notification would do the same as the view button on the capsule, open osm.org to the changeset for verification.
