This report, based on the inspection of 153 youth work sessions, lessons or projects, as well as widespread discussion, found that drug misuse is becoming an accepted activity for a number of young people, a finding highlighted by the responses to a questionnaire which was sent to all LEA youth services and relevant youth organizations, before the start of the inspection.
