parser = xml.sax.make_parser()
parser.setFeature(xml.sax.handler.feature_external_ges,1)
handler = saxContentHandler(c,inputFileName,silent,inClipboard)
parser.setContentHandler(handler)
parser.parse(theFile)

theFile is a file opened with 'rb' attributes
