trying to build with a read-only $srcdir tree and a tree of symlinks to $srcdir fails at two stages without the attached patch. the additional -IInclude is needed because of graminit.h which gets generated in Includes (since $srcdir/Includes is readonly!). the change from LDSHARED to BLDSHARED is necessary for AIX-4.3
