The PyType_FromSpec fails to take care about MetaClasses. https://bugs.python.org/issue15870 Asks to create a new API to pass in the MetaClass. This issue is only about "inheriting" the metaclass of the bases correctly. Currently, Python fails to take into account that the bases may be MetaClass and not `PyType_Type` instances.
