Ok, perhaps we should leave a comment about that? It already has a comment about multi-phase init. What about Modules/_testbuffer.c and the xx-modules? $ grep -E 'static PyTypeObject .* =' $(find . -name ".c"\|grep -vE '(Doc/\|Modules/_testcapimodule)') \| wc -l 94 $ grep -E 'PyType_Spec . =' $(find . -name "*.c")\|wc -l (master)cpython.git 95 We're almost halfway there.
