When importing an ABC from the collections module in Python 3.9 there is a warning that this is deprecated since Python 3.3 and will stop working in Python 3.9. Should this warning be removed and lead to an ImportError? When importing an ABC from the collections module in Python 3.9 there is a warning that this is deprecated since Python 3.3 and will stop working in Python 3.9. 
Should this warning be removed and lead to an ImportError?
