An update to Serhiy's proposed fix: #if PY_VERSION_HEX < 0x03070000 && defined(PySlice_GetIndicesEx) #if !defined(PYPY_VERSION) #undef PySlice_GetIndicesEx #endif #endif All PyXxx functions are macros on PyPy, and undefining a macro just makes everything go wrong. And there is not much PyPy can do about that.

All PyXxx functions are macros on PyPy, and undefining a macro just makes everything go wrong. And there is not much PyPy can do about that.
