I don't support you have a file named "ucrtbase.dll" in your downloads directory? That would be a really simple explanation, and I'd know how to fix it.
If not, I don't have enough information from the logs to guess what the problem may be. For some reason, we thought you had already installed that update and so didn't try to install it again. |
