I suggest to start to add sys.getandroidapilevel(), and then discuss how to expose (or not) the runtime version. Reminder: The first step is to have a working Python on Android. I opened this issue to fix the issue #28596. Getting the runtime version is a new Android-specific version, it can be done later.
