If you are constructing your own base Enum type, which would you rather do?
class BaseZeroEnum(Enum):
"initial integer is 0"
_start_ = 0
...
or
class BaseZeroEnum(Enum, start=0):
"initial integer is 0"
...
? Oh, and yes if you specify a starting number you also activate the AutoNumber feature. |
