Please see the new patch. So it's time to deprecate getargspec with a warning (was softly deprecated in 3.0). getfullargspec() and getcallargs() deprecation is documented. I also want to deprecate formatargspec() and formatargvalues(), but Signature does not provide equivalents. Should we add them?
