(This issue is continuation of http://bugs.python.org/issue18704) This issue is about a feature to execute any 3rd party code checker from within IDLE. I am attaching an initial patch(so as to get reviews, is functional logic wise, but missing a lot UI/UX wise.) It is implemented as an extension.
