Regarding the VS 2010 build failure, using the cross tools builds python_d.exe: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\x86_amd64\vcvarsx86_amd64.bat" msbuild /p:useenv=true pcbuild.sln /p:Configuration=Debug /p:Platform=x64 Again, the executables immediately exit (#14822 ?).
