This change causes the following behaviour:
>>> import inspect
>>> class B(object):
... def f(self):
... pass
...
>>> inspect.getmembers(B, inspect.ismethod)
[]
While I would expect the result to contain f:
>>> inspect.ismethod(B.f)
True
Isn't this a regression ?
