Running "python -m site" is supposed to print a report about the current import path and its components (like USER_BASE and USER_SITE). This works under 2.6 and 3.1, but not 2.7. No output is produced under 2.7 at all. When I add a print statement to the end of the module, I see that __name__ is set to "site" instead of "__main__", so the _script() function isn't being invoked at all.
