What if time.strptime('%Z', ..) fails because of a bug in python? We
don't want that to be reported as a skipped test.
BTW, where does 'Local time zone must be set--see zic manual page'
error message come from? This does not look like a system message and
time.strptime is implemented in python rather than as a wrapper around
a libc call. |
