Not sure if this is actually relevant, but the crash report told me to attach it so...

Here is the source of the error. It is weird because it should be a valid drive judging by the partitions listed in the partman log. Somehow your drive or the way you partitioned your drive is messed up.

Marking the bug as invalid as there seems to be no activity for long. Please feel free to reopen this bug if it can be reproduced for Ubuntu Hardy 8.04.

A lot of duplicates on this bug. Needs confirmation on Ubuntu Hardy 8.04.
