Clean up your dbschema items

Bug Description

Clean up your dbschema items from lib.canonical.lp.dbschema. This file will die in 1.1.10.

In Launchpad-Bazaar, please include 'ManifestEntryType' and 'ManifestEntryHint' in the cleanup.

For ShipIt, the actual dbschemas have been moved already. We just need to remove their names from the __all__ list on that file.

In Soyuz, please include Mirror, *Package and DistroSeries-related items.

In the rest of Launchpad, include 'BountyDifficulty' and 'BountyStatus' (see bug 116135), as well as 'MailingListAutoSubscribePolicy', 'PackagingType', 'PersonalStanding', 'PollAlgorithm', 'PollSecrecy', 'PostedMessageStatus', 'ProjectRelationship', 'ProjectStatus', 'RevisionControlSystems', 'TextDirection', 'UpstreamFileType', and 'UpstreamReleaseVersionStyle'.

Please include Mirror, *Package and DistroSeries-related items in this cleanup.

Branch ready for review for lp-bzr.

Fix committed for MailingListAutoSubscribePolicy.

Fixed in RF 4837.

Will remove the ShipIt names from all as part of the Launchpad cleanup.

Fixed in RF 4928 for Launchpad and ShipIt.

Done in RF 4933. Still left a few unnecessary vocabulary classes, but intellectronica is cleaning those up while resolving some conflicts in the same code.

I think a few Bazaar-related items are still missing. These include:
