html page title for searches is always "Bugs in Ubuntu"

Bug Description
When searching for a bug in Launchpad the html page title always seems to be "<title>Bugs in Ubuntu</title>" regardless of what package you are searching on or the criteria used which can lead to confusion when having multiple searches open in tabs in a browser.
It may save time to fix this bug at the same time as bug 28697.
This also affects the browser history - its hard to tell which search to go back too, and that sucks as searching is very slow.
