That's a helpful script. It seems clear that the essence of the test is the expected behaviour when some comparison raises an exception. I've been looking around the web for the expected behaviour since you posted it, and haven't found the answer. It appears we should expect not to lose any items, but not to have it in any particular order. Java 8 drops and duplicates elements?
