An Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

I started building rockets and robots when I was fourteen, and I knew then that this is what I wanted to spend my life doing. These two passions were the driving force behind selecting Wentworth’s electromechanical engineering program. I wanted to be involved in robotics, electrical, and mechanical engineering. I wanted to understand how they influence one another. Wentworth's program focused more on electronic engineering, because that is the interface between the mechanical and software systems of a product.

When I was growing up, I was also heavily involved with my local Boy Scouts troop, and received my Eagle Scout rank at the age of 16 for my work with environmental education with lead weights in freshwater fishing. Details of the project can be found under the leadership section of this website.
