This is the released version of ChIPXpressData; for the devel version, see ChIPXpressData.

ChIPXpress Pre-built Databases

Bioconductor version: Release (3.22)

Contains pre-built mouse (GPL1261) and human (GPL570) database of gene expression profiles to be used for ChIPXpress ranking.
