Manipulation of Codelink microarray data

Bioconductor version: 3.21

This package facilitates reading, preprocessing and manipulating Codelink microarray data. The raw data must be exported as text file using the Codelink software.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
 install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("codelink")
