RefPlus

This package is for version 3.18 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see RefPlus.

A function set for the Extrapolation Strategy (RMA+) and Extrapolation Averaging (RMA++) methods.

Bioconductor version: 3.18

The package contains functions for pre-processing Affymetrix data using the RMA+ and the RMA++ methods.
