Interactive visualisation of spatial proteomics data

The package pRolocGUI comprises functions to interactively visualise organelle (spatial) proteomics data on the basis of pRoloc, pRolocdata and shiny.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

 install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("pRolocGUI")
