Debugger for Java - Cannot unhide "Run and Debug" launch selector dropdown after hiding it #1560

Description

In the Debugger for Java extension, I selected an option to hide the "Run and Debug" launch selector dropdown after right-clicking on the "Run and Debug" title bar. However, there is no option to show it again. Is there a way to be able to show the dropdown again?
