Creation of devfiles is not straight-forward process, and a GUI wizard based on the API spec should help with this routing

Describe the solution you'd like
As a user I want to have an easy-to-use GUI wizard for creating devfiles
Describe alternatives you've considered
Additionally, would be nice to support creation of devfiles via API + expose Swagger endpoints
