User Story

As a developer I want to use the devfile registry, so that every stack is supported and not in EOL

That said we need to check all the stacks of the registry and if their version is not supported add a Deprecated label so that is clear to everyone that this is not supported anymore.

Acceptance Criteria

• Stacks with EOL versions have Deprecated labels
• The above stacks should be excluded from tests & renovate checks
