Errors when creating a custom app and using public apps (EntraID / Greynoise) #438

Description

I have two issues when using Shuffle on my self-hosted setup

When I try to create a custom app, the Docker build fails with the following error:

Step 11/13 : RUN apk --no-cache add jq git curl
WARNING: Ignoring https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.15/main
: temporary error (try again later)
ERROR: unable to select packages: jq (no such package): required by: world[jq]

When I try to use public apps like EntraID or Greynoise, I get the following error when Docker tries to run the image:

ImportError: cannot import name '_plain_int' from 'werkzeug._internal'

This looks like a version mismatch between Flask and Werkzeug in the Shuffle app SDK.
The VirusTotal app works correctly, but EntraID and Greynoise both fail even after updating and rebuilding the containers.
