command: /greet BUDDY

Send IRC style greeting message to your BUDDY.

Example:
friend@jabber.org> /greet harsha@jabber.org
On the other side harsha@jabber.org gets a message
``sssssssssssccccccrrrrrreeeeeeeeaaaaaaammmmmm''.
